The New Forest Show Comes to The White Hart
From Tuesday 28th to 30th July 2026, we’re proud to be sponsoring The New Forest Show, and once the gates close each evening, the party rolls straight on down to us for three nights of live music in the garden.
Proud Sponsors of the Cookery Demo Arena
The White Hart, Lymington is proud to be sponsoring The New Forest Show 2026, with pride of place as lead sponsor of the cookery demo arena.
If you’ve never been, The New Forest Show is one of the largest and most prestigious agricultural events in the country, and honestly, it deserves every bit of that reputation.
Livestock competitions, equestrian displays, forest activities for the little ones, local food and drink stalls, craft vendors and educational exhibits all come together for three days of proper countryside celebration.
Whether you’re there to learn something new, watch the cookery demos we’re rather chuffed to be sponsoring, or just wander the stalls with a bacon roll in hand, it’s a brilliant day out for absolutely everyone.
The Party Doesn’t Stop When the Show Does
Here’s the bit we’re really excited about. Once you’ve had your fill of prize-winning pigs and equestrian showjumping, head our way for live music in the garden, kicking off at 6pm each evening.
Tuesday 28th July belongs to Carley Varley, a wonderfully talented solo acoustic artist from Winchester who’s been wowing crowds up and down the South Coast since 2017. Expect a set that dips into pop, rock and indie classics spanning the 50s right through to the 90s, all delivered in that emotionally rich voice she’s become known for.
Wednesday 29th and Thursday 30th July hand things over to Music Mania, a Bournemouth-based act with a range that’ll make your head spin, in the best possible way. Pop, jazz, indie, country, folk, blues and plenty more besides. Whether you’re after 60s and 70s classics, 80s and 90s nostalgia, or something a bit more current, there’s a good chance they’ll play it.
Even More Reasons to Stick Around
It just so happens that Wednesday is Steak Night, so if you’re after a proper feed before Music Mania takes to the garden, you’re in exactly the right place. We’ve also got Happy Hour running Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday, and on Thursday we’re stretching it out even further with an extended Happy Hour. Basically, the later you stay, the better it gets.
Three days of showground fun, three nights of live music, one very happy garden. Pop the dates in your diary and come find us after the show, glass in hand and ready to sing along.
